Let's Start Preparation
INGREDIENTS:
2 Tbsp - Oil
1/2 Cup - Black Gram(Urad dal)
1 Cup - Rice
2 - Eggs
1/4 Cup - Chopped Onions
3 - Chooped Green Chilli's
1/4 Cup - Coriander Leaves
1 Tsp - Ginger & Garlic Paste
1 Tsp - Chilli Powder
1/2 Tsp - Salt
1 Tsp - Garam Masala
Dosa Batter Preparation :
In a Bowl Add 1/2 Cup - Black Gram(Urad dal), 1 Cup - Rice Soak for 5 - Hours, After 5 - Hours ,
Blend To Paste Adding some water into Sliding Batter Consistency,
& Add 1- Tbsp Salt in Batter & Mix well, Marinate this Batter for 10 - Hours (One Night)
Egg Mix Preparation:
In a Cup, Break 2 - Eggs, Add 1/4 Cup - Chopped Onions, 3 - Chooped Green Chilli's, 1/4 Cup -Coriander Leaves, 1 Tsp - Ginger & Garlic Paste, 1 Tsp - Chilli Powder, 1/2 Tsp - Salt,
1 Tsp - Garam Masala & Mix Well,
Now Add 1/2 Tsp - Turmeric Powder, 1 Tsp - Jeera(cumin seeds) , Mix Well
Egg Dosa Preparation:
In a Tawa, Pour 1 Tbsp - Oil & Spread around it , Spread Dosa Batter On Tawa(plain pan) like in Round shape.Sprinkle Oil on dosa & spread egg mixture on it.
Let it cook for 5 - Minutes , after 5 - Minutes Flip to other side & again fry for 5 - Minutes , Sprinkle Coriander Leaves
