INGREDIENTS:
- 2 Cups-Maida
- 1 Tsp-Salt
- 2 Tbsp-Ghee
- 1 Tsp-Carom Seeds
- Water
- 2 Tbsp-Oil
- 1 Tsp-Jeera
- 6-Chopped Green Chilli's
- 1/4 Cup-Chopped Onions
- 1 Tsp-Ginger & Garlic Paste
- 1/4 Tsp- Turmeric Powder
- 4- Eggs
- 1 Tsp-Chilli powder
- 1 Tsp-Garam Masala
- Coriander Leaves
INSTRUCTIONS:
DOUGH PREPARATION:
In A Bowl Add 2 Cups - Maida (All purpose flour) And Add The Below Items
1 Tsp-Salt
2 Tbsp-Ghee
1 Tsp-Carom Seeds
Mix Well By Adding Required Amount Of Water, Make A Tight Dough And Keep A Side,
Rest For 20 - Minutes.
PREPARATION OF STUFFING:
In A Pan Add 2 Tbsp Of Oil And Add 1 Tsp-Jeera, 6-Chopped Green Chilli's And Saute For 10 Seconds.
Now Add 1/4 Cup Of Chopped Onions And Saute For 20 Seconds.
Then Add 1 Tsp- Salt And Add 1 Tsp-Ginger & Garlic Paste,1/4 Tsp- Turmeric Powder Saute For 10 Seconds.
Now Add 4-Eggs And Stir Continuously And Fry
Now Add 1 Tsp-Chilli Powder, 1 Tsp-Salt And 1 Tsp-Garam Masala And Mix Well For 2 Minutes.
Then Add Coriander Leaves And Saute For 10 Seconds
Now Our Stuff Is Ready, Keep A Side
PREPARATION OF SAMOSA:
Take Already Prepared Dough And Make Small Balls
Now Make Thin Chapathi And Cut Into Two Parts
Take One Part And Fold Like Samosa,Stuff The Prepared Egg Mixture And Seal The Edges
DEEP FRY PROCESS:
Heat Oil In A Pan For Deep Fry And Oil Must Be At Low Heat
Now Fry The Samosa On Low Flame
Saute Occasionally and Fry, Until They Turn Into Golden Colour And Crispy

Sprinkle Flour And Take dough ball on Chapathi board
Now Make Thin Chapathi
And Cut Into Two Parts
Take One Part And Fold Like Samosa,
Press Gently by Applying water at Joints
Stuff The Prepared Egg Mixture
Apply water with finger & Seal The Edges
Perfect samosa shape is ready
