Egg Dosa is a Best Breakfast Recipe All Over India..  how to make a egg dosa is a common questions to Beginners But they don't know it is very simple and This Tasty and Easy Breakfast is Today's Recipe..

INGREDIENTS:
  •  1 Tbsp - Oil 
  •   1 Tsp - Jeera (cumin seeds)
  •  Onions 1 cup (chopped)
  •  Green Chilli's 2-3 nos. (chopped)
  •  1 Tbsp - Red chili powder 
  •  1 Tsp - Garam masala 
  •  1 Tbsp - Fresh coriander 
  •  Dosa batter as required
  •  2 -Egg 
  •  salt to taste (1 Tsp - egg for one dosa)

Dosa Batter :

  • 1 Cup - Urad dal (Black gram) Soak for 3 - Hours



  • 2 Cps - Rice Soak for 3 - Hours


  • After 3 - Hours, Blend Urad dal & Rice together To sliding Batter with Adding Some Water.



  • Marinate Batter For Whole Night..

Egg Dosa Preparation:

  •  Heat oil in a pan, Heat a dosa Tawa and spread the Marinated dosa batter to make thin crispy dosa. 


  • Pour few drops of oil and Add egg, spread the egg on the dosa and cook for 1-2 minutes.

  • Now add Chilli Powder, Salt, Garam Masala, Jeera (Cumin seeds), onions & green chilli's 


  • cook Further for 2-3 minutes, add freshly chopped coriander.
  •  Flip and cook the for again 2 - 3 Minutes
  •  Sprinkle some freshly chopped coriander leaves.



 and serve hot with coconut chutney.
