how to make a egg dosa
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 Tbsp - Oil
- 1 Tsp - Jeera (cumin seeds)
- Onions 1 cup (chopped)
- Green Chilli's 2-3 nos. (chopped)
- 1 Tbsp - Red chili powder
- 1 Tsp - Garam masala
- 1 Tbsp - Fresh coriander
- Dosa batter as required
- 2 -Egg
- salt to taste (1 Tsp - egg for one dosa)
Dosa Batter :
- 1 Cup - Urad dal (Black gram) Soak for 3 - Hours
- 2 Cps - Rice Soak for 3 - Hours
- After 3 - Hours, Blend Urad dal & Rice together To sliding Batter with Adding Some Water.
- Marinate Batter For Whole Night..
Egg Dosa Preparation:
- Heat oil in a pan, Heat a dosa Tawa and spread the Marinated dosa batter to make thin crispy dosa.
- Pour few drops of oil and Add egg, spread the egg on the dosa and cook for 1-2 minutes.
- Now add Chilli Powder, Salt, Garam Masala, Jeera (Cumin seeds), onions & green chilli's
- cook Further for 2-3 minutes, add freshly chopped coriander.
- Flip and cook the for again 2 - 3 Minutes
- Sprinkle some freshly chopped coriander leaves.
and serve hot with coconut chutney.
