INGREDIENTS:-
1 Kg- Rice
1/2 Cup- Oil
4- Bay leaves
Cardamom (Elaichi)
Cinnamon
Cloves (Lavang)
8- Green Chilli's
Pudina (Mint leaves)
Curry Leaves
1/2 Cup- Onions
1 Tbsp- Ginger & Garlic Paste
2 litres- Water
1 Tbsp- Salt
1/2 Tbsp- Food Colour
1 Tbsp-Garam Masala
Coriander Leaves
PROCEDURE:-
In A Pan Add Oil & Add 5- Cardamom (Elaichi),2- Cinnamon,5- Cloves(Lavang) And saute for 10- SecondsAdd Green Chilli's And Fry For 10 Seconds
Now Add Pudina(Mint) Leaves And Curry Leaves, Again saute For 10 Seconds
Now Add 1/2 Cup diced Onions, Ginger & Garlic Paste fry It Well
Then Add 2 Litres- Water And 1 Tbsp- Salt , Mix Well And Boil It in High Flame
When The Water Is Boiled Well Add Rice And Saute It,
Now Close The Pan And Cook The Rice Well,
When The Rice Is Almost Cooked Add Pinch- Orange Food Colour In Rice Mix well & Add
Garam Masala And Coriander Leaves,
Cook For 5 Minutes, Bagara Rice Perfectly Cooked
Now Tasty Bagara Rice Is Ready, You can Eat Bagara Rice with Capsicum masala curry this is Best
