Here We are Making Traditional Rice Crackers , This is most Famous Snack item in India which is Very Tasty & Easy To Make , In Different Places of India This recipe has different names Like pappu chekkalu, rice flour chekkalu, karapu chekkalu,rice crackers india
LET'S GET IN TO MAKING :
INGREDIENTS:-
1/2 Kg-Rice Flour2 Tbsp- Ground Nuts
2 tbsp- Sesame Seeds
1 tbsp- Jeera
2 tbsp- Chana Dal (Chickpeas)
1 tbsp- Ginger & Garlic paste
2 tbsp- Chilli powder
2 tbsp- Salt
1/2 tbsp-Baking soda
1/2 cup -curry leaves
Required amount of Water
Oil For Deep fry
DOUGH PREPARATION :-
In A Bowl Add The Below Ingredients one by one1/2 Kg-Rice Flour
2 Tbsp- Ground Nuts
2 Tbsp- Sesame Seeds
1 Tbsp- Jeera
2 Tbsp- Chana Dal (Chickpeas)
1 Tbsp- Ginger & Garlic paste
2 Tbsp- Red Chilli powder
2 Tbsp- Salt
1/2 Tbsp- Baking soda
1/2 Cup- curry leaves
Mix Well All the Items by Adding Required Amount of Water Until it Form Tough Dough
Now Our Dough Is Ready
Making Rice Crackers :- Make Lemon Sized Ball's of Dough , Now Grease Oil on Polythene sheet
Now press prepared Balls on sheet like thin & Small Chapathi (Tortilla)Deep Fry Process :- Heat the Oil for Deep Fry, Now Add Prepared Rice Cracker's To oil Keep Flame in Medium. Now Saute & Fry them until they turns into Golden Brown & Crispy , Now Keep Aside
