Today Our Recipe is capsicum masala for Biryani , The Biryani is Famous Recipe World wide , Now we are making the gravy which is combination of Biryani..
INGREDIENTS:-
- 1 Cup- Peanuts
- 2-Biryani leaves
- Cardamom (Elaichi)
- Cloves (Lavang)
- 8-Green Chilli's
- 1/2 cup-Onions
- Mint (Pudina leaves)
- Curry Leaves
- 1 Tbsp-Ginger & Garlic Paste
- 1 Tbsp-Turmeric
- Bell Pepper
- 1 1/2 Tbsp-Chilli powder
- 2 Tbsp- Salt
- 1 cup- Tamarind (Imli) Juice
- 1 Tbsp- Garam Masala
- Coriander
PROCEDURE:-
In A Pan Add Ground Nuts And Roast It Well, Make Paste Of Them
Keep A Side
Now In Another Pan Add 1/2 cup of oil , Then Add Biryani Leaves, Cardamom And
Cloves(Lavang) Saute Them For 10 Seconds.
Now Add Sliced Green Chilli's And Diced Onion pieces, Saute for 10 Seconds
Add Mint Leaves And Curry Leaves
Now Add Ginger & Garlic paste,Turmeric And Saute For 10 Seconds
Now Add Bell Peppers Pieces In Pan And Mix Well, Simmer for 1 To 2 Minutes
when They Become Little Bit Soft Add 2 Tbsp- Chilli powder And 2 Tbsp- Salt, Again Cook For 2 Minutes
Then Add Peanut Paste in the Pan And Saute Well
Now Add Tamarind Juice And 1 Glass Of Water, Mix Well
Cook Until It Becomes Thick Around 15 - Minutes, In Medium Flame
When It Become Thick Add 1 Tbsp Garam Masala And Saute For 10 Seconds
Now Add The Coriander To it, Turn off Flame
Bell Pepper Masala Curry Is Ready To Taste.....
