Let's Start : PREPARATION OF GOAT HEAD RECIPE INDIAN STYLE
1/2 Kg- Goat Head Meat
1 1/2 Cup- Oil
3- Bay Leaves
3- Elaichi
7- Lavang
4- Chilli's
1 Cup-Onions
1/2 Cup- Pudina Leaves
1 Tbsp- Ginger & Garlic Paste
1 Tsp- Turmeric
1 1/2 Tbsp- Chilli Powder
1 Tbsp- Salt
1/2 Tbsp- pepper Powder
1 liter- Water
1/2 Tbsp- Garam Masala
1/4 Cup - Coriander Leaves
PROCEDURE:-
In A Pan Add 1 1/2 Cup- Oil And Add 3-Bay Leaves, 3 - Elaichi (Cardamom) ,7 - Lavang (Cloves) ,Saute It For 10 -Seconds
Then Add 4 - Sliced Chilli's And Saute For 10 Seconds
Add 1 Cup - Onions And Fry It Well
Now Add Pudina Leaves And
Then Add 1 Tbsp-Ginger & Garlic Paste And Saute for 20 - Seconds
Now Add 1 Tbsp - Turmeric Powder And Mix Well
Now Add 1/2 Kg of Goat Head Meat And Mix Well For 5 - Minutes
After 5 Minutes Add 1 1/2 Tbsp-Chilli Powder,1 Tbsp-Salt And 1/2 Tbsp- Pepper Powder, Mix Well
Now Add 1 Liter Water And Mix Well,Cover & Cook Until It Gets Thick (Saute In Between to Avoid Sticking at Bottom)
When It Gets Thick Add 1/2 Tbsp Of Garam Masala And Add Coriander Leaves, Mix It Well
And Our Tasty Goat Head Curry Is Ready.......
