how to make quick egg stir fry
Let's Start :
INGREDIENTS:-
4-Eggs
1/2 Cup-oil
2-Bay Leaves
3- Lavang
4-Chilli's
1 Cup- Onions
1 Tsp-Ginger & Garlic Paste
1/2 Tsp-Turmeric
1 Tbsp- Chilli powder
1/2 Tbsp-Salt
1/2 Tbsp- Garam Masala
Coriander Leaves
PROCEDURE:-
Add 1/2 Cup Oil in A Pan And Add 2-Bay Leaves, 3-Lavang(Cloves) Saute For 10 Seconds Keep
Flame in Medium.
Then Add 4 Chilli's And Saute &
Add 1 - Cup Onion Pieces And Saute For 20 Seconds
Now Add 1 Tsp- Ginger & Garlic Paste And
Then Add 1/2 Tsp- Turmeric powder Mix It Well
Now Add 4 - Eggs And Mix Gently, Fry For 2 Minutes on Medium Flame
When They Fried Above 80% (Approx 4 - 6 Minutes) Add 1 Tbsp- Chilli powder, 1/2 Tbsp - Salt
And Mix Well
When Eggs Are Almost Fried Add 1/2 Tbsp- Garam Masala And Coriander Leaves and Mix It Well
